Clément has a Master degree in intellectual property law from Paris II Assas University and has specialized in IP litigation matters since the early stage of his career. After having acquired a strong experience in a boutique IP litigation firm. Clément has joined 111 in 2016 and handle all prelitigation and litigation matters relating to motion picture and audiovisual claims both in front of civil and commercial Courts in France.
